What we collect
- Information you send through our forms: name, email address, organization, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone or LinkedIn.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider records in server logs, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes or proposals (your consent and steps before a contract).

- To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest).
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
DoHelps Assistant (AI chat)
Our website chat assistant is powered by artificial intelligence provided by Anthropic. Messages you type in the chat are sent to Anthropic to generate replies, and a copy of the conversation and any incident report is stored by us and sent to our team by email and WhatsApp so we can help you. Please do not share passwords or other credentials in the chat.
Cookies and storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The website stores your language choice and whether you closed the chat bubble in your own browser, only to make the site easier to use. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.
Third parties
Our website is hosted by Namecheap. Emails are delivered through Google (Gmail). Chat replies are generated by Anthropic. If you click our WhatsApp or LinkedIn links, those services handle your data under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is needed for a contract or by law.
International transfers
We work with clients worldwide, so your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
